NEWS Why Tuface cancelled protest
Award winning musician Tuface Idibia alias 2baba, has cancelled his much-publicised Feb. 6, anti-government protest. In an Instagram post and a short video via his official handle @official2baba late Saturday the musician attributed the cancellation to “security reasons “. The protest, was scheduled to hold in Abuja, Lagos and other parts of the country on Feb 6. He said, “Dear Nigerians, due to security concerns and public safety consideration, I hereby announce the cancellation of the march.” The decision came a day after Laolu Akande, a senior special assistant (media) in the presidency said that Tuface, had the right to protest. Akande stated this on his tweeter handle: @akandeoj; “It is fundamental right of the people”. “This administration will not prevent Nigerians from expressing themselves in peaceful protests”, he said. Two of them cut fantastic promos that reminded fans just how talented they are on the mic. WWE treated another like a star right out of the gate, and he will hopefully remain one of the brand's elite villains for the foreseeable future. Then there was a decorated trio that has made minimal contributions to Raw since its crushing defeat this past December. Also, questionable booking Monday night slowed the push of a massive mountain of a man. As Fastlane approaches and WrestleMania draws near, the utilization of each Superstar on Raw becomes more and more vital to the overall strength of both of those cards. Some of the...
TWO NEW EVICTIONS FROM BIG BROTHER NAIJA SAD BUT EXPECTED
It’s been a tough week for the housemates. Week two brought tears and drama by the bucket load so Biggie decided to restore peace in the House. After Monday’s task Efe came out victorious making it his third week straight as the Head of House. He was to be referred to as Captain Efe all week long and Biggie gave him a secret task to unite the Housemates. While the Housemates were still reeling from Miyonse and Soma’s eviction it was time to nominate one another for eviction again! Efe swapped out his best friend ThinTallTony for Gifty and so she became nominated for Eviction along with Bassey, Bisola, CoCoIce and Debie-Rise. It’s been a mellow Sunday as is often the case since the reality of Eviction starts setting in from morning. The madness and debauchery of last night’s party seemed to be a distant memory for the nominees who sat down and started getting their hair done looking decidedly sullen. The Housemates then played cards and it wa...
